At some point down the road, I would like to be able to call you and tell you we have located Celina. Regardless of how it turns out, I am grateful for Interstate Outdoor's working with us and making the billboard possible. It has definitely breathed some life into the case and, as I said, has provided us with some leads that we are currently following up.

Incidentally, an officer from a police department in Kentucky, who was interested in doing a similar billboard in his jurisdiction, was directed to me by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children when he called them to find out how to do his own billboard.

I will keep your information handy as we may want to do something like this again for one of our other cold cases.
